Merkel Hydraulic Piston Seals

This is a five-piece compact piston seal set made up of a profile ring, two backup rings and two angled bushes. The piston L43 is fitted to seal pressure on both sides of the piston, and the angled bushes act as guide elements.

OMEGAT OMK-PU is fitted for sealing pressure on both sides of the pistons for medium duty applications, and also configured for housings according to ISO 7425, Part 1. The two-piece piston seal set is made up of one Polyurethane profile ring with one O-Ring as a preload component.

The AIRZET PK is a double acting, pressurized compact seal with grooves to face side for pressure activation. The compact design permits short piston designs (e.g. for short-stroke cylinders). The rounded-off sealing profile and the flexible center part give a good seal with low friction and maintain an effective lubrication film.
