Supplier Audits
• Quality System Audit***: This is a full 2-day audit on-site at the supplier’s location and is performed by an US Certified Quality Auditor. The result of this audit is a thorough understanding of the supplier’s quality system based on standards such as TS16949 & ISO 9002/2000.
• Red Flag Audit: A ½ day audit that allows you to see a snap shot of how the supplier will perform on the full Quality Systems Audit. This audit can be transparent to the supplier and performed by in-country staff.
• Capability Assessment: An engineering focused ½ day audit that focuses on evaluating the supplier’s capabilities to produce a specific product.
