Realize cost savings and improve product design with Form-In-Place robotic gaskets. FIP is an automated system for dispensing conductive and non-conductive elastomers to seal flanges. ESP uses 4 materials with rapid cure time (6 hrs) for both environmental and EMI/RFI applications.

Partnering with a major producer of FIP material, tests have demonstrated very good adhesion properties, having gone thru durability cycle testing of over 10,000 opening and closing cycles – kept its adhesion integrity.
