Portable Coordinate Measuring Machine

ESP's in-house portable CMM allows our Technicians and Engineers to perform quality checks anywhere on the floor as well as on-site during supplier audits.

The Romer Arm is designed for industries that need to inspect, measure and reverse-engineer parts on the go.

By simply touching the probe and rotating the arm we are able to check parts in a matter of minutes.

The software records the measurements and then the data is transmitted into the reporting tool.

Global Product

Work instructions are written from the print or model then used to inspect the parts. These work instructions are interchangeable with our units placed globally. This allows the same inspection method to be used in the states as well as China. Example: our overseas China facility use the work instructions to accurately inspect a part before it leaves the country this increases accuracy and reliability around the world for ESP.
