Rapid Prototyping
A 3D printer is an economical way to produce excellent quality parts with the finest details. It is designed for on-site, on demand rapid fabrication. The accuracy is up to 0.001-0.002 inches. It works by printing a layer of liquid acrylic plastic and wax at 0.002 inches thick onto a platform that moves past the print heads. The platform glides back under UV curing lamps to solidify each layer.
We have the capacity to print parts as big as 12x7x8. Parts are fully cured when the printing process is complete. Parts can be drilled, machined, painted or metal plated to produce life-like product mock-ups.
